Welcome to the Cheryl Jacobson Chase Agency of State Farm.

Born in the San Fernando Valley and having lived in Agoura Hills since the late 70s, I'm a California Girl through and through. I joined State Farm after graduating from college in 1990 and opened my agency in 2000. My husband and I love spending time with our two adult children, traveling, eating out, following the UW Badgers and Sunday drives along PCH.

I love what I do as a State Farm Agent because it gives me the opportunity to meet new people, build relationships and help others realize and protect their dreams. My role has also allowed me the opportunity to serve my community through volunteering at the local schools and non-profits, serving on many boards and being a part of National Charity League with my daughter.
